Please make certain you forward all your
documentation to us. This documentation includes:
- All W2 Forms: Used to report your "earned" income as an employee of a company.
- All 1099 Forms: Provide all income sources to you excluding "earned" income as an employee. Many brokerage firms prepare a "Consolidated 1099 Statement" which includes several different types of 1099s. Please do not take this apart, it is much easier for us to reference the information we need if this is provided intact.
- All 1098 Forms: Provide interest and real estate taxes you paid to a mortgage company.
- All HUD-1 Forms: Settlement sheets from home purchase/sales and refinances.
